From the handmade quilts on your bed to the rustic cedar interior, you will love the cozy units at Crooked Tree in Portage Lake. All units feature a full bath with shower, towels and bedding. We have 3 cabins that sleep groups of 8 people, and two 4 person cabins. GROUPS ALWAYS WELCOME!

Yes the Trails...
Aroostook County trails were rated the highest in the entire North American snowbelt in the March 1993 issue of Snow Goer Magazine. The 1600 miles of trails offer spectacular scenery, so spend the entire week snowmobiling somewhere different every day! Then relax at Crooked Tree after a satisfying ride on the trails.

Things to do...
Give us a call for the Portage Lakers Snowmobile Club schedule of poker runs and suppers. Ice fish on Portage Lake, or ski in nearby Fort Kent and Edmundston. Visit the Aroostook Centre Mall and movie theatre or some of the many other fine Aroostook County businesses! After an enjoyable day sledding, dine at a nearby restaurant and enjoy a live band most Saturday nights.

DIRECTIONS:
From Interstate 95 at Sherman, follow Route 11 North to Portage Lake. Turn left at Coffin's Store on the West Cottage Road. After 2 1/2 miles you will see our sign on the left.
